**These terms govern your use of balifurnitureshipping.com and our furniture-shipping concierge service. Bali Furniture Shipping is an independent shipping concierge — we introduce you to vetted licensed forwarders, and we are not a carrier or a licensed customs broker. Every price shown on this site is indicative as of 2026 and becomes binding only through a written quote.**
By browsing this website, requesting a quote, or contacting us over WhatsApp or email, you agree to the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or the service. These terms were last updated in 2026 and may change; the version published here is the one that applies to you.
Who operates this website?
Bali Furniture Shipping is a brand operated as part of Juara Holding Group, a Bali-based Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. Concierge enquiries are handled by the Bali Premium Trip trade desk. We arrange the introduction, coordination and paperwork guidance for shipping furniture bought in Bali to your home abroad; the regulated freight and clearance work is performed by licensed third parties.
To be clear about what we are and are not:
| We do | We do not |
|---|---|
| Introduce you to vetted licensed forwarders | Operate ships, aircraft or trucks ourselves |
| Coordinate showroom pickup, crating and consolidation | Act as your licensed customs broker |
| Explain ISPM-15 crating and destination paperwork in plain terms | Give binding legal, tax or customs rulings |
| Provide indicative per-CBM pricing and a written quote | Guarantee transit times, duties or clearance outcomes |
What service do these terms cover?
The service is a concierge introduction and coordination service for buying furniture in Bali and shipping it home — showroom pickup around Ubud, Seminyak, Canggu and Kerobokan, ISPM-15 crating, LCL consolidation at a Denpasar-area warehouse, and sea delivery to Australia, the USA and the EU. Freight, crating and customs clearance are carried out by vetted licensed forwarders and their agents, who contract with you or with us on your behalf under their own terms and conditions.
Are the prices on this site final?
No. Every figure on this website is indicative and date-stamped as of 2026. Furniture shipping cost depends on volume, exact origin and destination addresses, timber species, documentation and prevailing carrier rates, so published bands are a planning guide only.
As an illustration, LCL door-to-door furniture is indicated at USD 350–450 per CBM to Australia and USD 400–550 per CBM to the USA and EU, with no minimum order — LCL starts from 1 CBM, and a multi-item load is simply the CBM count multiplied by the relevant per-CBM band. A written quote from the Bali Premium Trip trade desk confirms the final scope and price for your specific shipment. Where a figure on the site and a figure on your quote differ, the written quote prevails.
How does the quote and booking process work?
- You send us your item list, rough dimensions and destination over WhatsApp or email.
- We aim to return an indicative quote within 24 business hours (our quote SLA).
- The forwarder confirms scope, price and paperwork; you approve in writing.
- Pickup, crating, consolidation and shipping proceed under the forwarder’s terms.
A booking is confirmed only when scope and price are agreed in writing and any required deposit is received by the party issuing the invoice. Verbal estimates, chat messages and website figures do not by themselves create a binding contract.
Who actually handles the freight and customs clearance?
Licensed third parties. Ocean freight, crating to ISPM-15 specification, and customs clearance at origin and destination are arranged through vetted licensed forwarders, carriers and brokers. Their services are subject to their own contracts, bills of lading, insurance terms and liability limits, which govern the physical movement of your goods. You are responsible for import duties, taxes and any destination-country compliance — for example, US shipments now incur duties and customs processing, and US wood-furniture imports involve CBP entry requirements. We can explain these in plain language, but we do not file entries or issue customs rulings on your behalf.
What are the limits of our liability?
Because we are a concierge and coordinator rather than the carrier or broker, our role is to introduce and coordinate — not to guarantee outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for loss, damage, delay, duty, seizure or misclassification of goods once they are in the custody of a forwarder, carrier or customs authority; those risks sit with the performing party under its contract and any cargo insurance you arrange.
- We do not warrant that indicative prices, transit windows or regulatory summaries on this site are error-free or current for your exact case; they are general information, not advice.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability for any direct claim connected to our concierge service is limited to the concierge fees (if any) you paid us for that specific engagement.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We strongly recommend arranging marine cargo insurance for every shipment; we can point you to providers, but the cover is a contract between you and the insurer.
How do we handle your personal data?
We process the contact and shipment details you send us — name, email, WhatsApp number, destination and item list — only to prepare quotes and coordinate your shipping. We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 / UU PDP). For visitors in the European Union and United Kingdom, we also respect GDPR-style rights, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and to object to its processing.
Key points on data:
- We share your details with the specific forwarder handling your shipment, and with no unrelated third party for marketing.
- We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.
- To exercise any data right, email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
What are your responsibilities as a user?
You agree to give accurate item, value and destination information; to comply with the import laws of your destination country; to pay duties and taxes owed; and to not use this site for unlawful purposes or to ship prohibited or protected-species goods. Providing false or incomplete information may delay clearance or void a forwarder’s cover, and that risk sits with you.
Who owns the content on this site?
The text, layout, guides and branding on balifurnitureshipping.com belong to Juara Holding Group and its licensors. You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish or scrape the content for competing commercial purposes without written permission.
Which law governs these terms?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your home country. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in force.
