Bali Furniture Shipping is an independent furniture-shipping concierge operated by the Juara Holding Group trade desk — a Bali-based Indonesian group operating across Indonesia since 2015.
We arrange crating and freight through vetted licensed forwarders; we are not a carrier or a licensed customs broker. This policy covers only how we handle your personal data. It is current as of 2026.
Two kinds of information: what you choose to send us, and a little technical data your browser shares automatically. We never ask for passwords, card numbers, passport numbers or government IDs — please do not enter them anywhere on this site.
The quote form does not store anything on our web server: it opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and you decide whether to send.

Because furniture ships internationally, data may be handled in Indonesia and your destination country. Where it leaves Indonesia we apply the transfer safeguards expected under UU PDP, and treat EU/EEA visitors’ data with GDPR-equivalent care.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) gives you defined rights, and we extend equivalent rights to visitors covered by the GDPR. You may:

We use commercially reasonable safeguards — HTTPS, access-controlled inboxes and need-to-know sharing with forwarders. No transmission is risk-free, so we cannot promise absolute security, and we claim no certification we do not hold.
The site may use essential cookies and basic aggregate analytics. Where consent is required we ask before setting non-essential cookies, and declining never blocks the quote form. We run no cross-site advertising trackers.
This is a privacy policy, not a shipping contract. Prices, transit windows (about 4–8 weeks to Australia, 6–12 weeks to the USA and EU) and regulatory notes are general guidance as of 2026; the trade desk confirms scope, cost and documents in a written quote before anything is booked. We do not give legal, tax or customs-broking advice — see the Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
We may update this policy; the current version always carries an “as of 2026” reference date.
