Sizing the load

LCL starts from 1 CBM with no minimum. An armchair and a coffee table might total 1.5 CBM; a villa’s worth can fill a 40ft.

Once your load passes roughly 25 CBM, a full container usually beats stacking LCL rates. We flag that break-even in the quote rather than let you overpay by the cubic metre.

Why the crate is built near the showrooms

Proper crating is what prevents a customs hold later. Kerobokan, near Denpasar, is a recognised crating locality, so showroom-to-port workflows consolidate there.

Under ISPM-15, solid wood over 6 mm is debarked, heat-treated to a 56 °C core for 30 minutes or fumigated with methyl bromide, then marked on two opposing faces. Australia’s DAFF applies it to pallets, dunnage, crating and skids; the EU applies it to non-EU wood packaging.

Pickup and delivery terms are commercial arrangements confirmed per booking; the crating standard follows IPPC/FAO and DAFF.
